DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Deposit:
We request a deposit, to secure your booking, of 25% of the total amount of your booking.
When the booking is made within 30 days prior to the day of arrival it is 50%.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of full accommodation payable. |

Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable. |

Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, full accommodation payable. |

In the event of premature departure or “no show’ the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable. |

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let rooms. |
